New Year's Eve

The New Year’s menu includes 3 courses:

- New Year’s appetizer with wild boar salami, Tuscan crostini, truffle burratina and onion flan with pecorino sauce and truffle.

- truffle cutters and pappardelle with wild boar.

- A second choice of Florentine steak (500gr each), baked suckling pig or prawns with curry.
